Rainy Day Look

We’ve really been having a terrible Spring this year in Switzerland; grey skies, rain, and so on. Needless to say, not the happiest of weathers. However, I decided to try and make the most of it and break out the cords. Again. In June. Oh well. I really like the more rugged/country textures and the visual depth they add to the outfit, something which can be seen quite well in the second picture. This Breuer tie was a really great find, and the grenadine-y texture it has subtly adds a great touch to any outfit. It pairs quite well with these fair isle socks, which I secretly hoped to keep in my drawer until at least November. However, they link the top and the bottom together quite nicely I find, and add another subtle pattern to the outfit. It might soon become my favourite tie, especially since it only cost me $20. Next week, I’ll talk about the Equus Leather belt I ordered, so look forward to that.

Glasses, Shirt, and Corduroys: Polo Ralph Lauren

Denim Jacket: Zara

Tie: Breuer

Socks: Manor

Shoes: Avant-Première

Umbrella: Unbranded, found in an umbrella holder after someone had taken the one I had previously put there.

Keep Styling,

Mirko
